Our History
AL-SALAM pharmaceutical industry is a sterile products manufacturing site designed and constructed as per European GMP requirements related to manufacturing of sterile medicinal product (Parenteral solutions).
AL-SALAM manufacturing plant is located in IRAQ- AL DAIWANIAH Province NORIEH, composed of production plant specialized in manufacturing parenteral solutions, Quality control laboratory equipped with advanced instruments to obtain high accuracy results for testing of raw material, in process samples and finished products, Storage spaces for API/Primary packaging material and finished product warehouse in addition to water treatment system area.
AL-SALAM factory covers 3656 m2 area, located about 3 kilo meters from Al Diawanih high way, and is composed of the following main areas:
- Manufacturing area for parenteral solution includes cleanrooms for 2 main production
lines in addition to over packaging area, autoclave room and cartooning room. - The ground floor warehouse includes finished product, order preparation and dispatching area
- First floor warehouse includes API material, primary and secondary packaging material
- one chemistry lab and one microbiology lab
- Water treatment area
- Boiler room
- Separate AHU for classified rooms such as production cleanroom and sterility testing
room - Central compressed air system
